A: For Aipu brand cables in stock MOQ is 305m/1000ft, if for customized items, the MOQ are 100ctns.
2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Choose the style you want from our website, provide the address for us to quote the express fee. If the freight fee could be accepted, after received the payment, we will send out within 7 working days for the stock product. If for the customized product, it will take about 5-15 days. It would be glad and more convenient for both of us if you have an Express collect account.
3. Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a structured cabling and ELV wire & cable manufacturer with 30 years production experience.
4. Q: Can you accept customize or design for us?
A: Yes, all of our products could export as our own brand or customize as customer requirement.
5. Q: Is it possible to get a free sample?
A: Yes, the small samples are free, and shipping cost have to be paid by your esteemed company.
6. Q: If I want to purchase, how to pay?
A: Usually, we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L, or LC. Other payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.
7. Q: What is your warranty period?
A: We provide 25 years warranty for the cabling products.
