Main Specifications:
1. The finished wire will not break down after being immersed in water for 1 hour at 20±5°C and subjected to 2000V for 5 minutes.
2. Insulation tensile strength ≥5.0N/mm²; elongation at break ≥150%; tensile strength after aging at 200±2ºC 10×24h ≥4.0N/mm²; elongation at break ≥120%
1. The manufacturing length of the cable shall not be less than 20 meters, and the delivery of short segments with a length of not less than 5 meters is allowed. The quantity shall not exceed 20% of the total delivery length. It can also be delivered in any length according to the agreement between the two parties. 2. Other structures, or conductor materials such as unplated metal or nickel plating, heating wire, etc. can be customized according to the agreement between the two parties.

A: For Aipu brand cables in stock MOQ is 305m/1000ft, if for customized items, the MOQ are 100ctns.
2. Q: How to get a sample?
A: Choose the style you want from our website, provide the address for us to quote the express fee. If the freight fee could be accepted, after received the payment, we will send out within 7 working days for the stock product. If for the customized product, it will take about 5-15 days. It would be glad and more convenient for both of us if you have an Express collect account.
3. Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
